Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

Physical items:

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases but in case you are not, please contact me and return your item/s within 3 days for a replacement or a full refund (minus shipping) upon verification that items are in original condition.

Please note : a buyer pays return shipping.
After 21 days, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Digital files:

Due to the nature of the product (download available automatically after placing an order), I do not offer refunds for digital files.
